Seeing Comes From Seeking

The view from your own porch seldom changes.

If you want to truly See the possibilities and realize your Vision, an occasional change in perspective can  make all the difference. I spent a couple of days this week visiting branches; what I saw gave me a fresh perspective on our operations and the business processes that support them. The view from the field is much wider and varied than what can ever be seen from the home office.

I encourage you to get up, get out and start seeing things differently. Seek ways to view your own role, and the activities you perform daily, from the perspective of your customers, both internal and external ones. You’ll be glad you did and everyone will benefit.
